Arx (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Arx mobile application, designed for investment banks and private equity firms.

The Arx application processes only the data provided by the client as part of the use of the service.

• Information, documents, and content uploaded or generated by the client while using the service

No data is collected for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the Arx service
• Ensure security, traceability, and system maintenance
• Comply with legal or contractual obligations

No other use is made without the client’s explicit consent.

• The performance of the contract between Arx and the client, or

5. Hosting and Security

All data is hosted in France, at the OVHcloud datacenter in Gravelines.
We implement strict technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, confidentiality, and integrity (encryption, access control, logging, and secure backups).

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for three (3) months after the end of service use, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

7. Data Sharing and Transfers

• No data is shared with third parties.
• No data transfer outside the European Union occurs.

All data remains the exclusive property of the client.

8. Cookies and Trackers

The application does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

9. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to:
